NEA forecasts PSI in the Moderate to Low Unhealthy range. Tips: check the 1-hr PM2.5 reading before heading out, wear a well-fitted N95 (surgical masks won't do the job), run a HEPA purifier at home, wet-mop instead of dry-dusting, and stock up on eye drops and medication.
