As human beings, we are a culmination of our environment, decisions, behaviours and habits. It is worth giving thought to how we live our lives; taking a step back to reflect on some of our own less-than-ideal tendencies and ponder about how we can mitigate or improve upon them. Here are some resources that I hope can help us foster habits and patterns that can create an upward cycle for ourselves over time.
7 tips to get healthy habits to stick without getting stressed
Change for the better is a process. Like training for a marathon or learning a new language, improving your wellbeing has to be approached realistically and progressively to work. So sure, you won’t get results overnight, but over time small gains add up. The trick is sticking with it long enough that the new habits you want to incorporate into your day-to-day become automatic..
While you may have ambitious money goals, the key to reaching them is building a collection of smaller everyday habits. By taking baby steps that become second nature over time, you’ll hopefully be able to improve your financial situation. Here are some small habits you can develop today that may help your money grow.
